I know good ideas can come from both Republicans and Democrats. I want your feedback as I keep working to bring change to Washington.

My mom raised my brothers and me on her own while serving in the Army and later in the Postal Service. Because of her, I could put myself through college while juggling multiple jobs. I'm serving you in the House of Representatives to bring a new generation of leadership to Washington. I want everyone to have the same opportunities to succeed that I've had.

That's why I've stood up to leaders in my own party to stop congressional pay raises. Now, I'm standing up to them again to crack down on insider stock trading in Congress. I've voted for bipartisan laws to fund our local police, helped pass a bipartisan infrastructure law, a bipartisan manufacturing law to secure our supply chains, and voted to stand up to Big Pharma so Medicare can negotiate for lower prescription drug prices.

My job is to make a difference for all Kansans, regardless of party.
