How We Can Help

My local offices in Overland Park and Kansas City are dedicated to helping Kansans fix problems they may be having with the federal government.
A big part of that is helping seniors in our community. We may be able to help with:
- Recovering Social Security savings that are being held up because of red tape.
- Addressing how Medicare may be covering your prescription drugs.
- Correcting issues with how Social Security may have calculated your savings.
- Navigating long-term care options provided under Medicaid and other federal programs.
- Appealing a decision by Medicare that you believe may be unfair.
- Following up on the status of a Medicare claim.
- Accessing other federal services and programs available to seniors.
These are just some of the ways we can help. And if we can't help you directly, we'll do our best to find someone who can. We're here to serve you.
