Last week, Representative Sharice Davids rode the Johnson County Railroad and toured Logistics Hub KC to draw attention to her work to improve local infrastructure, create jobs, and tackle rising costs. As new data shows manufacturing jobs continue to rebound, Davids highlighted her support for making more in Kansas, saying "when we make more here at home, and when we invest in strong supply chains, we lower costs for folks at every point."
Davids is a leader on supply chain solutions in Congress, serving as a key negotiator and one of two Kansas lawmakers on a bipartisan committee working to finalize a pro-manufacturing bill in Congress. The bill is aimed at strengthening supply chains, reducing inflation, and increasing America's global competitiveness.
