This week, Representatives Sharice Davids (D-KS-03) and Tom Cole (R-OK-04), Co-Chairs of the Congressional Native American Caucus, reintroduced the Truth and Healing Commission on Indian Boarding School Policies Act of 2024 — legislation to investigate, document, and report on the histories of Indian boarding schools, Indian boarding school policies, and long-term impacts on Native communities.
OLATHE, KS – Today, Representative Sharice Davids joined Honeywell to announce a major investment to expand its Olathe manufacturing facility. The project will contribute $18.3 million to the local economy within the first six years and create more than 350 good-paying jobs in the area.
