Emphasizing the importance of expanding Medicaid in Kansas, Rep. Sharice Davids has co-sponsored the Incentivizing Medicaid Expansion Act of 2019 (H.R. 584). This bill would incentivize eligible states, including Kansas, to expand Medicaid by starting the amount the federal government matches state's investment for expansion at 100 percent.

Tom Cole (OK-4). It is the first time a resolution recognizing Native American women has been introduced in the U.S. House.
